Abstract

Human resources are the largest investment part of a company in achieving its goals. Qualified human resources are competent and have skills and can advance the
company. Whether or not the company succeeds is determined by how the company's leadership is run, the phenomenon that occurs at PT Ilham Bekah Jaya is a leader who is perceived to pay less attention to employees, with lower employee income or salary thanother MIGAS companies in Malang, so that there is no achievement of targets in achieving work goals.
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of autocratic leadership style and financial compensation on the performance of employees "PT ILHAM BERKAH JAYA MALANG". This research also has academic benefits, namely as an insight in the application of leadership style and financial compensation to performance in business administration studies, then this research also has practical
benefits, namely contributing to the development of education and becoming a reference framework for all parties who will conduct further research on leadership
style, compensation and employee performance.
This thesis has 32 respondents, using sampling techniques is saturated sample research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (polls.s Data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 24.0 for windows. The analytical tools used in this study are instrument test, normalitytest, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The research location in this study is Jl. Colonel Sugiono No. 93/121 Malang City, East Java 65149.
The results of this study can be concluded that from the variable Autocratic Leadership Style partially impacted the performance of employees, Financial Compensation has no effect on the performance of employees in a partial variable.
While simultaneously The Style of Autocratic Leadership and Financial Compensation affects the performance of employees.
