Abstract
This study aims to study marketing information systems, service quality and loyalty to Competitive Advantages in the Batu Jatim Park Group in Batu City which is engaged in the tourism business. In this study, using quantitative methods using path analysis. The population in this study were all visitors of the approved Taman Jarim Group are unknown, while the study sample was 180 respondents. Data collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and collection. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Marketing Information System on Competitive Advantage, 2) Analyze the effect of service quality on competitive advantage. 3) analyzing the influence of marketing information systems on customer loyalty, 4) analyzing the influence of service quality on customer loyalty 5) analyzing the effect of customer loyalty on competing competitors, 6) analyzing information systems competitive advantage through customer loyalty. The results of research show the direct and indirect influence directly, marketing information systems do not have a direct influence on competitive advantage, but marketing information systems have an influence on competitive advantage through customer loyalty. Furthermore, superior service quality to competitive advantage, service quality does not have an advantage over Competitive Advantage through customer loyalty. From this result it is also recognized as loyalty.
