Career adaptability is an individual's readiness to overcome unexpected or unexpected problems that arise from changes in the world of work. Career adaptability is generally influenced by several factors, one of which is social support. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between social support on career adaptability in Gen Z fresh graduates. This research uses quantitative methods with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with a total of 102 respondents. The measuring instruments used are CAAS (Career Adapt Abilities Scale) for the career adaptability variable and SPS (Social Provisions Scale) for the social support variable. This research used a simple linear regression test and obtained results that there was an influence of social support on career adaptability as evidenced by a significance level smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and had a significant positive influence with a t value greater than the t table (7.962> 1.660).
