Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and work-family conflict experienced by online motorcycle taxi drivers in Malang City. A quantitative approach was employed, involving an infinite population and a sample of 100 respondents. The research instruments included a workload scale with a reliability score of 0.819 and a work-family conflict scale with a reliability score of 0.88. Normality tests revealed that both variables had normally distributed data, with a significance value of 0.200 (p > 0.05). The analysis indicated a significant linear relationship between workload and work-family conflict, with a significance value of 0.00 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.714, suggesting that 71.4% of the variance in work-family conflict can be explained by workload, while the remaining 28.6% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings confirm a significant impact of workload on the level of work-family conflict among online motorcycle taxi drivers in Malang City.
