Abstract
Students have many demands, either in the form of assignments or academic activities. There are also students who become santri and take part in activities to memorize the Qur'an, so that the demands are not only on campus but also on Islamic boarding schools. These demands if allowed to drag on will cause students to experience health problems or emotional disturbances or can even cause students to experience stress. So the need for self-efficacy or high self-confidence to get through it. This proves that self-efficacy is one of a person's personal resources to overcome and manage stressors. Self-efficacy can encourage someone to overcome the situation or stressor they are facing. The sampling technique is an incidental sampling technique. Data collection method with a questionnaire. The items used are the stress scale and self-efficacy scale. The research subjects totaled 40 subjects. The results of measuring the reliability stress scale was 0.791 and the self-efficacy scale was 0.838. In this study using hypothesis data analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26 application. The result of hypothesis testing for hypothesis analysis is 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between stress and self-efficacy.
