Abstract
Happiness at work is a behavior that can increase employee’s contribution through Organizational Citizenshhip Behavior (OCB). The organizational citizenship behavior benefits the company to nurture its development in certain conditions to increase the human resources quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation between happiness at work with organizational citizenship behavior in X Company. This is a quantitative and non-experimental based research. The samples used in this research are 96 employees of the X Company by using accidental sampling data collection. The parameters used are happiness at work and organizational citizenship behavior in the form of likert scale. The reliability coefficient is 0,750 for the scale of happiness at work and 0,748 for the scale of organizational citizenship behavior. the hypothesis using the pearson correlation test, with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, shows a positive result. So, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between happiness at work and organizational citizenship behavior. because of its positive correlation, a higher happiness at work will result in a higher organizational citizenship behavior, and vice versa.
