Abstract
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) stated that there were a total of 528 corruption cases (2018-2022). The government is making efforts to prevent corruption within government agencies, by prioritizing the principles of Bureaucratic Reform or the Integrity Zone as a form of organizational commitment, including using a whistleblowing behavior system. Whistleblowing behavior indicates a form of individual organizational commitment in protecting the organization from threats. This study aims to analyze the significance and how much influence organizational commitment has on whistleblowing behavior in employees. The subjects were employees at the Personnel and Human Resources Agency of Malang Regency (BKPSDM Kabupaten Malang). The approach used is a quantitative approach. Total sample or census technique was utilized as the sampling technique, totaling 82 respondents. The measurement tools used are the organizational commitment scale and the whistleblowing behavior scale using aspects of prosocial behavior. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. The results of the study show that organizational commitment has a significant effect and affects 18.3% of whistleblowing behavior.
