Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Adversity quotient on work readiness among final-year students. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The measurement tools used are the Adversity Quotient Scale with a reliability of 0.873 and the Work Readiness Scale with a reliability of 0.866. The population in this study consists of final-year students in semester 7 and a maximum of semester 14 in Indonesia, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling, calculated using the Lameshow formula. The hypothesis testing used is simple linear regression, resulting in a regression coefficient of 0.541 with a significance value of 0.01 (Sig < 0.05), indicating that adversity intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of final-year students. Adversity quotient contributes 52.4% to the work readiness of final-year students.
