Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of CV X Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method, involving 83 employees as samples through a total sampling technique. The measuring instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire, using Luthans' theory for job satisfaction (α = 0.939) and Organ's theory for OCB (α = 0.813). The results of a simple linear regression analysis show a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and OCB (p = 0.000; R = 0.789; R² = 0.623). This means that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the tendency of employees to demonstrate OCB behavior. This finding emphasizes the importance of increasing job satisfaction to encourage employee voluntary contributions within the organization.
