Abstract
Employee performance can be influenced by several factors, one of which is organizational culture. The purpose of this research is to see whether there is an influence of AKHLAK's organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation XI Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 155 employees. The sample used was 40 employees and sampling techniques in the form of simple random sampling by lottery method. AKHLAK's organizational culture is measured using an organizational culture scale in the form of a Likert scale and employee performance using KPI reports. Data analysis used a simple linear regression test. The results showed a significance value of 0.787> 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is no influence of AKHLAK organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Nusantara Plantation XI Surabaya. This research implies that organizational culture does not contribute to employee performance. Future researchers are advised to be able to involve subsidiaries if they want to research the holding company to get different results regarding employee performance and the organizational culture of AKHLAK.
