Abstract
Working women have a vulnerable lower subjective well-being than non-working women. This happens because working women are the ones who can get stressed because of the role conflict they have. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work-family conflict on subjective well-being on working women. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were 100 working women. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Measuring instruments used include work-family conflict scale and subjective well-being scale. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression tests. The results of this study show that work-family conflict has an effect on subjective well-being in working women, seen from significance values of 0.000 (p<0.05) and work-family conflict contributes 77.5% to subjective well-being.
