Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Adversity Quotient and Self- Adjustment to Blended-Learning for teachers at Elementary school of Saint Mary II Malang who are domiciled in the city of Malang, East Java. The research carried out is correlational research using data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale consisting of an adversity quotient scale and a self-adjustment scale. The total population in this study were 40 teachers and the use of total sampling technique was sampling. Researchers took data using a print out questionnaire and a google form containing research instruments which were then distributed through social media. Results Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation index is 0.825 and the significant value is 0.000 (p<0.05). There is a relationship between Adversity Quotient And Self-Adjusment To Blended-Learning among teachers at Saint Mary II elementary school Malang.
