Abstract
This research aims to determine the Implementation of E-KTP Services at the Karangbesuki Village Office, Sukun District, Malang Regency. The focus of this research is to determine the Implementation of e-KTP services. The results of this research show that the implementation of sub-district e-KTP services is quite good, demonstrated by the simplicity of procedures, clarity, accuracy, certainty of time and security in carrying out its functions and roles in e-KTP services in Karangbesuki sub-district. However, there are still many people who still do not know the importance of implementing e-KTP services, the obstacle is the lack of participation from people aged 18 years and over, that the importance of e-KTP is made. Electronic Identity Cards (e-KTP) have become a problem. an important identity for every Indonesian citizen. Karangbesuki Subdistrict has implemented e- KTP services to improve efficiency and quality of service to its residents. This research aims to analyze the implementation process of e-KTP services in Karangbesuki Village and evaluate its impact on the local community. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with sub-district officers, direct observation during the service process, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the implementation of e-KTP services in Karangbesuki Village has had various positive impacts, including increasing efficiency in processing population data, reducing queues, and increasing community satisfaction.
