Abstract
Poverty is currently still a complex problem, and experiences an unstable number of changes and declines every year. The cause of poverty is due to the limited human resources currently available, both through formal and non-formal education. Formulating and regulating social policies through poverty alleviation programs to alleviate social problems is an effort carried out by the Indonesian government. Various kinds of poverty alleviation programs are running in Indonesia, one of which is the Family Hope Program which is a program for providing social assistance regulated in Ministerial Regulation Number 1 of 2018. This program includes a conditional assistance program for poor families, which are registered in the Community Data and Social Welfare Information, and designated as the beneficiary family. The existence of the Family Hope Program is expected to make a significant contribution in reducing the number of poor people, reducing the gap (gini ratio) and at the same time increasing the Human Development Index (HDI). This research aims to understand and analyze the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Gading Kasri Village and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of the Family and Hope Program in Gading Kasri Village. This research also has theoretical and practical benefits. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The data obtained is based on the results of interviews with resource persons, including those from PKH facilitators, UPPKΗ City Coordinators, Beneficiary Families (KPM), Gading Kasri Village PKH Assistants, and the Head of the KPM Group. This research is a purposive sampling technique. Researchers collect data using several techniques, including interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used in this research uses a qualitative data analysis component flow. The results of this research explain and describe the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Gading Kasri Village starting from the aspect Planning, Socialization, Organizing, Mentoring, Distribution of Assistance, Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation and Reporting. From several aspects, we will see whether the flow process and its objectives are sufficient and in accordance with the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Ministerial Regulation Number 1 of 2018.
