Abstract

Public services by POLRI include various types of services to fulfill the interests of the community. Digitalization and e-government help efficiency in taking care of filings and responding to community problems quickly and precisely. To facilitate public services, improve public security and order, and build trust and partnership between Polri and the community, Polri innovated through the POLRI Presisi Superapps application, the public can apply for SKCK online. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The focus of this research explains the implementation and factors that influence the issuance of SKCK through the POLRI Presisi Superapps application. The research technique uses interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis collects data (data collection) then data reduction, data display, data condensation and conclusion drawing/verification. The location of this research was carried out at Satlantas Polres Kabupaten Kediri. The results showed that the implementation of SKCK services in 2023-2024 at the Kediri District Police through the POLRI Precision Superapps application has been well implemented. Factors that influence SKCK services are supported by adequate service facilities, proficient employee resources. However, the application often occurs logic bugs in the data input process and employment indicators still have a lack of resources, as well as a lack of socialization to the community. The implementation of SKCK services in 2023-2024 at Satlantas Polres Kediri Regency through the POLRI Presisi Superapps application has been well implemented. This is shown through the results of interviews, observations and documentation that have been conducted by researchers. The consistency of the Kediri District Police SKCK officers to carry out their duties and responsibilities runs according to the applicable SOP, namely Police regulation Number 6 of 2023 concerning the issuance of SKCK.
