Abstract

The rapid development of technology can be useful for the public service system in government. The use of internet applications in the government environment known as Electronic Government (E-Government). The One-Stop Manunggal Administration System implements E-Samsat in improving motor vehicle tax payment services to the community, considering the desire of the community so that the government can create efficient and quality services.
The purpose of this study is to know, analyze, and describe the E-Samsat Program in Motor Vehicle Tax Payment in Malang City, describe the factors that support and hinder the E-Samsat program in Malang City.
The research method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interview, observation, and documentation techniques, then Data validity techniques using triangulation techniques. Analysis by reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research location is at the SAMSAT Joint Office in Malang City.
The results of this study where the implementation of services through E- Samsat was carried out as expected, the SAMSAT Joint Office in supporting the policy has done its job well. The implementation of the E-Samsat program policy at the SAMSAT Joint Office conducts socialization and assistance directly to the community to support the implementation of policy. However, in the existence of this policy, there are still several problems that occur in its implementation.
