Abstract

Fanny Febrianty Tanggarery, NPK 19031000052 Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Merdeka University Malang with the thesis title "The Role of Adolescent Family Development in Creating Family Harmony. Advisor I, Ms. Dr. Kridawati Sadhana, MS. Supervisor II Bapk Maj. Gen. TNI (Purn) Wibisono Poespitohadi M.Sc,M.Sc Harmony is an important requirement for every family to be able to achieve a harmonious, peaceful and healthy family. This program is a strategic activity. In the process of carrying out the role of fostering youth families by forming village bodies, holding regular meetings and conducting socialization with the community so that potential human resources are realized through efforts to increase knowledge in nurturing and fostering adolescent growth and development. For this reason, this research wants to examine how the youth family development program in realizing family harmony in Mawokau Jaya village so as to reduce social inequality or social conflict within the community.
