Abstract

The food business is one of the most popular businesses because it has a large market share. This creates various kinds of business opportunities for the community to get a source of income and quite a lot of job opportunities in the community. Cake shop “Ilmira Bakery” is a shop that produces traditional/market snacks located in Malang. With many variations of snacks produced, Ilmira Bakery Shop focuses on reservation services which produce products according to customer wishes. This causes consumers not to know the types of snacks and the prices of what snacks are available in the shop. Because of that, a media is needed to introduce the variety of snacks and the advantages that the shop has. The company profile is used to find out the information needed by customers, the products offered, and plays an important role in attracting customer attention about product descriptions and includes contacts and addresses or services that will be offered and used as media for Ilmira Bakery store promotions.
