Abstract

This research aims to analyze user experiences in terms of usability on the SMPN 2 Larantuka. The success of a in meeting user needs and the ease of user interaction with the are crucial aspects in ensuring a good user experience quality. To achieve this goal, this study employs two main methods: the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the User Experience Questionnaire. The System Usability Scale method is used to measure the usability of the from a technical standpoint by assigning scores to specific usability-related aspects. The User Experience Questionnaire is employed to gather users' perceptions, responses, and opinions about their experiences while using the SMPN 2 Larantuka. This research involves a number of participants who are users of the SMPN 2 Larantuka. Data obtained from both methods are comprehensively analyzed to identify potential improvements in the usability aspects of the. The results of the analysis are expected to provide valuable insights for the future development of the and a better user experience.
