Abstract

In today's digital era, information systems have become an essential reguirement to speed up and facilitate business processes. Therefore, analysis of information system reguirements at RARHACHA FAMILY is very relevant and important to do in facing increasingly fierce business competition, Rarhacha Family needs to improve its business processes to better meet customer needs and increase productivity and operational efficiency. In this study, research will be conducted using and utilizing the ISSP (Information System Strategic Planning) method to analyze business needs in the Rarhacah Family. The goal of the ISSP is to ensure that the use of information technology within an organization supports long-term business goals and provides added value to the organization. By conducting an ISSP, organizations can develop strategies for using information technology that are integrated with business plans and provide added value to the organization. Improving operational efficiency and productivity of business processes, RARHACHA FAMILY determines the need for the right information system. In this effort, by conducting an in-depth analysis of various aspects of the Rarhcha Family business, including the processes involved, user needs, and challenges faced. The results of the existing analysis, RARHACHA FAMILY can identify areas that reguire improvement and improvement, as well as determine information system solutions that are relevant and appropriate to meet the needs.
