Abstract

Jogo, Augustine. 2022. Quality of Public Services in the Covid-19 Era. Thesis of Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Merdeka Malang. Public service is an activity or series of activities in the context of fulfilliservice needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services or administrative services provided by public service providers. The problem in this sub-district is that there are still state civil servants who do not obey the rules. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of public services in the Covid-19 Era, Sukun District, Malang City and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the services provided by the State Civil Apparatus at the Sukun District Office. The results of this study are expected to add new insights and knowledge about the quality of public services in the Covid-19 era in the Sukun sub-district, Malang City. The benefits or uses of this research are as additional references and literature for students majoring in Public Administration Education. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, which goes directly to the field where the research is held. The location of this research was conducted at the Sukun District Office, Jl. Keben 1, Bendungrejosari, Sukun, Malang City, East Java 65148. The quality of service in the Sukun Sub-district, Malang City has been effective, although there are still some problems with the state civil apparatus in the Sukun sub-district having followed the established rules.
