Abstract

The development of marketing communication today is not only done conventionally. Marketers are now also taking advantage of new media such as the Internet as an alternative to approach potential customers. Digital Marketing is a marketing activity that uses the internet and information technology to expand and enhance traditional marketing functions. Social media with all its advantages can help in the marketing communication process. In carrying out marketing communications, companies must have a strategy so that all predetermined plans can be achieved. A good strategy will provide benefits for the company as the realization of the company's goals. This study discusses the use of digital marketing to increase sales of CV JUPAGA. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. In addition, this study also uses in- depth interview techniques with resource persons, literature studies and documentation. Based on research and discussion, it is known that planning for the use of digital marketing to increase sales of CV JUPAGA is by analyzing problems, analyzing audiences, determining goals, selecting media and communication channels, and developing plans or activities for goals. The implementation of the use of digital marketing as a digital marketing communication medium carried out by CV JUPAGA is by utilizing the photo and video features, comments, captions, location, hashtags, tagging on Google Business, Instagram and Marketplace.
