Abstract

Putry Laundry is a service provider that sells laundry services, one of which is washing clothes. To optimize ordering and report generation, the website needs to be more effective and report in the next period. This study aims to determine the advantages and disadvantages and what to order for Putry Laundry so that the creation of a website can be used as a reservation and storage data for Putry Laundry. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach. Processed data obtained from interviews with business owners. Data analysis techniques used in this study are forecasting techniques using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, Black Box, observation, interviews, and documentation. results Based on research on the problem of Putry Laundry, ordering requests and reports are very according to orders and sales reports that are not available in the book and can be facilitated. The conclusion of this research is that making the Putry Laundry website is more appropriate because it has the biggest problems and is needed and needs to be used to optimize orders and reports in Putry Laundry.
