Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) method on the Nadu Screen Printing Website Information System. Used to simplify customer orders and customer database processing. By combining quantitative and qualitative data obtained from employees, customers and potential customers. This research uses the Agile software development method. The evaluation results with the System Usability Scale (SUS) show that this system meets the standards with a final score reaching 86.5 in the "Acceptable" category with a grade scale of "A" and a rating of "Best Imaginable". The end result is expected to produce significant improvements in terms of customer interaction and satisfaction.
