Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based water billing information system, "SITAMPAN", to improve the efficiency of water payment management in Pandanrejo Village, Wagir District, which is currently still done manually and is prone to errors and data manipulation. The method used includes developing and testing the SITAMPAN application using a black box testing approach to ensure functions run optimally. The research results show that this application is successful in facilitating water bill payment transactions, data storage and financial reporting by BUMDes managers and employees well, without causing significant errors during testing. The conclusion of this research states that the SITAMPAN application is effective in increasing the efficiency and accuracy of water payment management in Pandanrejo Village. Researchers recommend further development of this application, including adding a waste bank feature, settings for uploading Excel files to the database, as well as notification of customers who are late in paying, to increase functionality and ease of data transfer as a backup.
