Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at CV HM Santoso in Malang Regency. Performance is a work result that is achieved by someone in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time. Leadership is a way for leaders to influence, direct, motivate, and control subordinates in a certain way, so that subordinates can complete tasks effectively and efficiently. While organizational culture organizational culture is the values, assumptions, assumptions, attitudes and behavioral norms that have been institutionalized and then materialized in appearance, attitudes and actions, so that it becomes the identity of a particular organization.
The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were all 62 employees of CV HM Santoso in Malang Regency and the sample used in this study was the entire population, namely 62 people using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t-test and F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS software program (version 25.00). Partially leadership has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously leadership and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of employees at CV HM Santoso in Malang Regency.
