Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource development and motivation on the performance of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, Kab. Poor. This type of research is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained through questionnaires or questionnaires filled out by employees of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, Kab. Malang and secondary data obtained from various library materials, both in the form of journals, books, articles and theses obtained from internet media related to research materials. Data collection using simple random sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method.
The results of this study indicate that the development of human resources and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen Kab. Malang. Human resource development partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, Kab. Malang. And motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, Kab. Malang.
