Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of investment risk on stock returns in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling and a sample of 10 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period was obtained. The data technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the Model Test (Simultaneous Test or F Test), it shows that market risk (Beta), business risk (DOL), and financial risk (DER) have a significant effect on stock returns. Based on Hypothesis Testing (Partial Test or T Test), it shows that market risk (Beta) has a significant effect on stock returns, business risk (DOL) has a significant effect on stock returns, financial risk (DER) has a significant effect on stock returns.
