Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, motivation, and worddiscipline partially or simultaneously on employee performance. The data used in this studyare primary and secondary data obtained from field data and literature. The sample in thisstudy were 93 employees of PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia (PT PEI) located on Jl SedayuTuren Malang. By using saturated sample method. This type of research quantitative. Theanalytical method used is multiple linier analysis using SPSS 26. The results showed that: 1) Work Environment, Motivation, and Work Disciplinepartially or simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. 2) Thetest results were tested through the t test obtained from the Sig value < 0,05 with a workenvironment variable value of 0,00 < 0,05, motivational variable 0,012 < 0,05, workdiscipline variable 0,016 < 0,05. 3) Work Environment variables, Motivation, and WorkDiscipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The test results were testedthrought the F test and obtained Fcount > Ftable equal to Fcount > Ftable (13,496 > 2,71) with asignificance value of 0,000 < 0,05
