Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of teamwork, communication, and work discipline on the performance of employees of the National Unity Agencyandthe Politics of the Batu City Government. The research data were obtained throughquestionnaire statements. The population in this study was 40 employees. The sampleused was 35 respondents. The results of the study are expected to be able to become aguide for leaders in determining factors that can improve employee performance. Thedata analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which isused to determine the influence of independent variables on dependent variables, beforeconducting these tests, validity tests and reliability tests and requirements tests arecarried out. Based on the results of this study, teamwork, communication, and workdiscipline partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employeesof the National Unity Agency and Politics of the Batu City Government
