Abstract

Humans are essentially the main factor in the organization. Realize it or not, every living person is permanently connected with an organization. In social life, humans cannot beseparated from the organization. Organization is a place to achieve certain goals for two ormore people who individually or systematically make their members work together. Theproblem that generally and often occurs in an organization is the lack of human resources. Themost important factor in achieving organizational goals is having superior human resources.One of the things that becomes a reference that an organization is successful is theperformance of its employees. Performance is the achievement of the work of an individual.The factors that can affect employee performance are from leadership style and organizationalculture.This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership style andorganizational culture on employee performance at the Dinas Perhubungan KabupatenSampang. There are 123 populations in this study with 30 samples which are employees ofthe Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sampang,This research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection techniquescarried out by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research isusing non-probability sampling with convenience sampling technique. The data analysistechnique used by researchers uses data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Thehypothesis in this study was tested using hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS version25 for Windows program.Based of the research that has been done, the results of this study can be seen if theleadership style in this study partially does not have a significant effect, while organizationalculture partially have a significant effect. Simultaneously (together) leadership style andorganizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance at DinasPerhubungan Kabupaten Sampang
