Abstract
In improving employee performance in today's companies, it is often found thatthere is a lack of job training and employee development. The purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of job training and employee development on employee performancethrough job satisfaction as an intervening variable for PT. Honda dealer Purnama SaktiBatu. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total sample of 60employees. Data collection techniques use questionnaires which are shared online. Dataanalysis techniques using SPSS assistance, data testing techniques in this study usingdata analysis validitytest,reliabilitytest ,and path analysis (path analysis)
