Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and workenvironment on the performance of Malang Regency Industry and Trade Departmentemployees. The population in this study consisted of 55 employees who worked at theMalang Regency Industry and Trade Service, with a sample of 55 and using the censusmethod, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Theresults of the description of this research description state that the independent variablework environment has the highest average score (mean) on all indicators of the otherindependent variables with more strongly agree answers. In this way, the Malang RegencyIndustry and Trade Service is very good. The results of this research show that WorkMotivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive andsignificant influence on employee performance at the Malang Regency Industry and TradeDepartment. Partially, the variables Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and WorkEnvironment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the MalangRegency Industry and Trade Service.
