Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of a decrease in financial ratios on stock pricesduring the Covid-19 pandemic. The population of this study is a real estate companyregistered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. By taking samples using porpusivesampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 10 companies with 80 total data.The results show that simultaneously the liquidity ratio is proxied by the current ratio(CR), the solvency ratio is proxied by time interest earned (TIER), the activity ratio isproxied by total asset turnover (TATO), and the profitability ratio is proxied by grossprofit margin. (GPM), has a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, the liquidity ratio(CR), solvency (TIER) and activity (TATO) have a significant effect on stock prices, whileprofitability (GPM) has no significant effect on stock prices
