Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Capital Structure, Profitability and Intellectualcapital simultaneously on Firm Value (2) Partial Effect of Capital Structure on Firm Value,(3) Partial Effect of Profitability on Firm Value, (4) Intellectual Effect Capital is partial to FirmValue, (5) The most dominant variables from Capital Structure, Profitability, and Intellectualcapital The objects in this study include Capital Structure, Profitability, Intellectual capitaland Firm Value. The data used is data on the financial reports of companies in the Foodand Beverage sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021.Data analysis in this study used quantitative methods using multiple linear regression totest the hypothesis. The software used is IBM Statistical SPSS. The results of the studyshow that the relationship between Capital Structure, Profitability and Intellectual capitalsimultaneously has a significant effect. Capital structure partially has no significant effecton firm value. Profitability and Intellectual capital partially have a significant effect on FirmValue
