Abstract
In the current era of globalization, the quality of human resources has an impact onthe business world in the world of work. The influence of globalization determines themagnitude of the influence of companies and organizations to get the desired marketshare. Therefore, companies need to prepare qualified, productive and competentpersonnel so that companies can face competition in the world of work. The company isable to prepare competent and quality human resources so that competition in the worldof work can take place efficiently. Human resources are the most important capital in acompany where human resources can contribute to the business. Thus, companies mustbe able to manage and manage human resources as well as possible. Job rotation is thetransfer of work to company employees who have relatively the same level of work as theposition before and after undergoing a rotation that has a positive or negative impact.Labor productivity is the result of the work of workers who produce goods or services.Labor productivity not only requires work skills or updates in improving work practices,but a comfortable work environment can facilitate the smooth completion of work. The research objectives to be achieved are to describe work rotation, workenvironment and work productivity at CV Mitra Dunia Palletindo, to analyze the effect ofwork rotation and work environment on work productivity at CD. Mitra Dunia Palletindo,analyzed the dominant influence between work rotation and work environment on workproductivity at CV Mitra Dunia Palletindo. The research methodology in this study usesquantitative methods with multiple linear regression approach, classical hypothesistesting, F test and T test with 51 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Ftest that work rotation and work environment simultaneously or simultaneously has asignificant effect on work productivity at CV Mitra Dunia Palletindo. From the test resultsusing the t-test, it can be concluded that work rotation has a significant effect on workproductivity at CV Mitra Dunia Palletindo. From the results of the T test, it can beconcluded that the work environment on work productivity has a significant effect on workproductivity at CV Mitra Dunia Palletindo
