Abstract

This research was conducted in the environment of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Overlappingwhich aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employeeperformance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tumpang. Research data obtained throughquestionnaire statements. The sample used in this study was 33 respondents. Theresearch results are expected to provide useful information for leaders and employees.The data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of the independentvariable on the dependent variable, but before the test was carried out, the validity andreliability tests were carried out as well as the requirements test. The results of theregression analysis show that competence and motivation partially have a positive andsignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP TumpangKab. Malang
