Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance, burnout and self-efficacy on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of iwork life balance on job satisfaction, analyze the effect of burnout on job satisfaction, and analyze the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of the Perumda Water Drinking Tugu Tirta City of Malang, totaling 55 employees. Determining the number of samples based on the technique used in sampling in this study is the saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples (Sugiyono, 2010). Data analysis techniques using the F test, t test and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the analysis show that work life balance, burnout and self-efficacy simultaneously affect job satisfaction. Work life balance affects job satisfaction. Burnout has no effect on job satisfaction. Self-efficacy affects job satisfaction.
