Abstract
This research was conducted at PT Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the simultaneous effect of work culture and communication on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Perdana Kendedes, to find out and analyze the partial influence of work culture on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Perdana Kendedes, to find out and analyze the partial effect of communication on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Perdana Kendedes and to find out and analyze the variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Perdana Kendedes.
The variables used in this study are work culture and communication as independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 52 employees at PT Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.
The results showed that the work culture variable had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang, which means that work culture has an opposite effect, meaning that work culture needs to be improved again at PT Citra Perdana Kendedes, then communication has a positive and significant effect, which means the development of very good communication in the company to support the performance of every employee at PT Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang, if the communication is getting better, the employee's performance will increase. Which can be concluded that 2 variables in this study, namely work culture variables and communication variables affect employee performance at PT Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang.
