Abstract
This thesis is the result of research which examines the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Regional General Hospital in Malang City. find problems in the continuity of the work of employees related to organizational culture and work discipline in the company.
This study uses a purposive sample approach with consideration of certain criteria such as male and female, respondents' productive age, length of work and so on. The population in this study amounted to 384 respondents by drawing a sample of 50 respondents. This study used interviews and questionnaires.
This study uses a quantitative method using SPSS software which produces numerical data and the tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the indicators that affect organizational culture are innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, result orientation, people, teams, aggressiveness and stability. Furthermore, indicators of work discipline are compliance with time rules, company rules, work awareness, and responsibility. As well as indicators of employee performance are quality and quantity of work, punctuality, effectiveness and efficiency, and professionalism.
