Abstract

An organization's or company's work culture and atmosphere may have a big influence on how productive its employees are. Human resource management is the process of creating and preserving a workforce inside a business. Employee performance reviews help businesses know how well their human resources are performing. Companies that want to increase the performance of their employees must focus on improving employee performance. Companies must create a pleasant work environment and a strong business culture that shapes workers' perspectives and approaches to tasks. Concerning worker productivity, Malang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. The population of this survey was 50 people, and all employees were sampled. The research used quantitative methodology, and respondents were given questionnaires. Analytical methods were used to test the assumptions and hypotheses in this research, and data quality was also evaluated. This study found that a pleasant work environment had little impact on productivity. There is significant evidence that business culture increases employee production. An organizational culture has a significant impact on the Malang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency's success.
