Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Kahayan Aag Plantation Central Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Safety and Occupational Health on Employee Performance of PT. Kahayan Aag Plantation Central Kalimantan. Organizational culture has a fairly important role in improving employee performance. Occupational Safety and Health do directly affect performance. Employee performance serves to measure the extent to which employees were able to complete their work effectively and efficiently. The variables used are Organizational Culture (X1) and Occupational Safety and Health (X2) as an independent variable is the Employee Performance (Y) variable. This type of data uses a quantitative method with the aim of testing an established hypothesis. The population in this study is PT employees. Kahayan Aag Plan for Central Kalimantan which amounted to 114 Employees with the precision of 10%, the sample used in this study was 53 PT employees. Kahayan Aag Plantation Central Kalimantan. The data collection technique in this study is using questionnaires. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. Analyses used include testing of descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumptions tests, hypothesis testing, multiplied linear tests and deterioration tests. The results showed that Organsasi and Occupational Culture Variables and Health have a simultaneous effect on the performance of PT employees. Kahayan Aag Plantation Central Kalimantan. For Orgaisasi Culture variables in a persianial manner, no significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Kahayan Aag Plantation Central Kalimantan. Meanwhile, the variables of Occupational Safety and Health have a significant influence on the performance of PT employees. Kahayan Aag Plantation Central Kalimantan.
