Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how Layout, Communication, and Work Life Balance affect employee performance at Hasta Husada Kepanjen Malang Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods by involving 69 employees from Hasta Husada Kepanjen Malang Hospital as the population and sample, and uses the slovin method in the process. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis techniques, F test, t test, and multiple coefficients. The results confirmed that Layout, Communication, and Work Life Balance together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hasta Husada Kepanjen Malang Hospital. However, partially, communication and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on performance, but layout has no significant effect on performance. There is also a dominant influence given by Work Life Balance on Performance with the results in the form of a regression coefficient that is greater than the other independent variables on the dependent variable.
