Abstract

This study aims 1) To know and analyze the influence of communication, teamwork and decision making simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of communication has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) To find out and analyze the effect of teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) To find out and analyze the effect of decision making has a significant effect on employee performance. 5) To find out and analyze the influence of the dominant variables among the variables of communication, teamwork and decision making on employee performance. This study uses qualitative data types which are quantified through a Likert scale. The population in this study are PG employees. Malang Great Garden. The number of samples used were 48 respondents. The sampling technique used is side random technique. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results of the F test show that communication has no partial effect on employee performance. Teamwork and decision making partially have a significant effect on employee performance. The dominant influencing variable is teamwork.
