Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of appreciation, competence, and work environment partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Batu City Social Service. Respondents in this study were all 50 agency employees using a saturated sample (census), the data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that the F test simultaneously rewards, competence, and work environment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variables. And the T-test shows partially the reward variable has a positive effect of 0.552 with a significant value of 0.003 on employee performance. The variable that has a dominant influence on the performance of the Batu City Social Service employees is the award variable (X1).
