Abstract

This research was conducted in the environment of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tumpang which aims to determine the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tumpang. Research data obtained through questionnaire statements. The sample used in this study were 33 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for leaders and employees. The data obtained, processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, but before the test is carried out, the validity test and reliability test are carried out first and the requirements test. The results of this study partially discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.000> 0.05 and a T value of 5.554> T table 2.042. Motivation is partially insignificant to employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.225> 0.05 and a T value of 1.238 < T table 2.042. Discipline and motivation simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F value of 17.812> F table 3.30.
