Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and training on employee performance at the Klojen District Office, Malang City. Human resources are one of the aspects that guarantee the success or failure of an organization in achieving organizational or institutional goals. Efforts are needed to improve employee performance, good leadership and high motivation in the work area. From the results of the study, it was found that the influence of leadership, motivation and training on the work of office employees in the Klojen sub-district, Malang city. The object of this research is the employees of Klojen Subdistrict, Malang City, which are 33 people. Data were collected from questionnaires.
