Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment, non- physical work environment, and work stress on employee performance. This analysis uses independent variables, namely the Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Work Stress. The dependent variable is Employee Performance. The sample of this study was 53 employees at the Office of the State Property and Auction Service (KPKNL) Malang City. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed directly to 53 employees of the State Property and Auction Service (KPKNL) Malang City. The data analysis technique used is Vlaidity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, f-test. The results of the study indicate that the Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Work Stress affect the Performance of Employees of the State Property and Auction Service Office KPKNL) Malang City.
