Abstract

his study aims to determine how much influence the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the productivity of employees of the Department of manpower (DISNAKER) Malang. The success of the agency or company in improving employee productivity is influenced by factors of work environment, work motivation and discipline. Identification of the problems studied is to determine how far the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and discipline on the productivity of employees of the Department of manpower (DISNAKER) Malang. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis method, with sampling techniques using saturated sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The results of the discussion showed that together the work environment, work motivation, and discipline have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Department of manpower (DISNAKER) Malang regency. Partially the work environment, work motivation, and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Department of manpower (DISNAKER) Malang regency.
