Abstract
In a company there are three important things that can help to improve employee performance such as competence, organizational culture, and rewards. With the increasing performance of employees, it is easier to achieve the company's goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of competence, organizational culture, and appreciation on employee performance at PT. Pei Hai International Wiratama Indonesia. The sample withdrawal technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that are shared directly with respondents during business hours and observations to see firsthand employee performance. While the data analysis technique is processed using SPSS 16. This analysis includes validity tests, realiability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests as well as T tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that competency variables, organizational culture, and rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a dominant influence on employee performance, meaning that it can improve employee performance. Pei Hai International Wiratama Indonesia is by improving competence better.
